Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

   • Time Frame: Return items within 30 days of receiving them.
   • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and with tags.
     Additional Note: If used items are returned, deductions will be made based on the item’s condition. If the item is deemed unsellable even as a used product, no refund will be issued.
   • Proof of Purchase: Keep your receipt or order confirmation.

2. How to Return:

   • Contact Us: Email us at info@movexmobility.com to start a return.
   • Wait for Authorization: Don’t send items back without our approval.
   • Shipping Instructions: We’ll provide a return label and instructions.

3. Refunds:

   • Approval Needed: We’ll inspect the returned item and notify you if your refund is approved.
   • Refund Process: If approved, refunds go to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or credit card company.

4. Shipping Costs:

   • Unauthorized Returns: You pay for shipping.
   • Authorized Defective Returns: We may cover shipping for factory defects.
   • Additional Note: If the item is returned for reasons other than defects or errors, customers will bear the shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Custom products, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

6. Exchanges:

   • For an exchange, return the original item and purchase the new item separately.

7. Problems with Your Order:

   • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately.

8. Important Notes:

   • The FTC’s Buyer’s Remorse: This doesn’t apply to online orders.
   • Incorrect Delivery: We’re not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses or information you gave us.
